After your event, you can choose to receive all of your unedited video files digitally, allowing you to relive every message exactly as it was recorded. Alternatively, for an additional cost, our editing team can create a beautifully crafted highlights movie featuring the very best moments from your day, professionally edited and presented on a personalised wooden USB keepsake to treasure forever.
Guests simply step inside the telephone box, lift the telephone handset from its cradle and press the on-screen record button. The camera will then record a video message of up to 60 seconds, giving your guests plenty of time to share their heartfelt wishes, funny stories and unforgettable memories.
Once they've finished recording, guests can instantly send a copy of their video to themselves by simply scanning a QR code or entering their email address. Every video message is also automatically added to your private digital gallery, allowing you to relive every moment from your special day whenever you like.
We aim to set up early on your wedding day and leave the Telephone Box Video Guestbook with you until the music finishes at the end of the evening, giving your guests the entire celebration to leave their messages.
The telephone box is supplied complete with all of the décor shown in our photographs. If you would like to add fresh flowers, balloons or bespoke decorations to perfectly match your wedding theme, we're happy to arrange this with you before your special day.
We also provide a personalised mirrored welcome sign inviting your guests to step inside and leave you a message they'll never forget.

The Telephone Box Video Guestbook is available to hire for just £395.
After your event, you can choose to receive every unedited video message via a secure digital download link, giving you every recording exactly as it was captured. Alternatively, for an additional £75, our editing team will carefully craft all of your footage into a beautiful highlights film, complete with background music, opening titles, seamless transitions, cropping and the removal of any unusable clips. Your finished film will then be presented on a beautifully laser-engraved wooden USB keepsake – a timeless reminder of your special day that you'll treasure for years to come.
We're based in East Hampshire and offer free local delivery. We're also happy to travel further afield for an additional delivery and collection fee.
